HEALING INSTRUCTIONS
- Keep your new tattoo covered for 1 to 2 hours.
- Remove the bandage and wash your new tattoo with soap and water to thoroughly clean the wound.
- Dab your skin with a clean, soft towel (DO NOT RUB IT) and allow it to
dry for at least 30 minutes before applying any ointment, lotion or foam.
- DO NOT RE-BANDAGE YOUR NEW TATTOO. Your skin needs oxygen to heal so keep
it dry.
- Apply a very small amount of ointment, lotion OR foam to the tattooed area and very gently
rub it in until it disappears.
- DO NOT PUT TOO MUCH OINTMENT, LOTION OR FOAM ON YOUR SKIN.
- You should clean your new tattoo once daily and apply ointment, lotion OR foam 2-5 times daily depending
on the dryness of your skin.
- You want your skin to be dry and flexible, but not cracking.
- A scab will begin to form around day 4 and your skin will start to peal.
DO NOT PICK THE SCABS!
- Average healing time is 7 to 10 days.
Follow my instructions, DO NOT LISTEN TO YOUR FRIENDS!
Follow these directions and you will have a wonderfully healed, solid, bright tattoo for as long
as you keep it out of direct sunlight!
Exposing tattoos to ultraviolet rays quickens the fading process.
